ABOUT THIS LOGO This logo originally appeared in slightly lighter shades of blue and gold; the customer felt that the house image needed to be more clearly defined, and we found that selecting slightly darker colors (as well as fine-tuning the alignment of the gradations in the colors) strengthened the house image and the other elements in the design. The customer initially wanted the Web address to be set in a script font, but we found that the legibility of the text was compromised (especially at small sizes) and so we went with a more effective sans-serif font. |
