ABOUT THIS LOGO

This is a logo from our pre-designed catalogue, featuring a stylized profile of a lion. Behind the lion's head is a semi-circle; circular figures universally represent balance and completeness, and the circle helps to complete the design by placing the lion within an environment (most viewers will associate the circle with the setting sun). The text was originally set in Bank Gothic Light, which is a slender, angular font. The company name in this case is slightly long, and we thus suggested a variety of condensed fonts which would balance the company name and logo image better (the font in the final logo is Impact). The color palette was chosen by the customer, and reflects strength and patriotism.
