ABOUT THIS LOGO This client wanted a logo with a rustic—but elegant—flavor. We suggested a variety of options, including using the crossbar of the “H” as a subtle hammock image, but we eventually settled on the current image of an “H” enclosed in a series of rings (although the client liked the “hammock” concept, he steered the design away from this direction because we felt that this design was perhaps a bit too complex to be effective). The color scheme plays an important role in this logo, with the ruby red, dark brown and gold working together very effectively to create a sense of richness and luxury.. |
