The answer in 99.9% of cases is that the design files were sent to you, but that they were blocked on your side by a spam filter, either on your email program or by your ISP. Our emails often fall victim to trigger-happy spam filters because the word "logo" seems to be a banned word on some email servers (imagine that!!

) and also because we often attach images to the email.
You need to add LogoAnts.com to your safe senders list. Also check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not there, email us or post on this forum and we will resend. Also consider giving us an alternative email address where we can send the logo files. We have a strict privacy policy and will never send you anything that you did not ask to receive.
