Logo Copyright

As per the LogoAnts Terms of Service, copyright to the final, accepted version of the logo is transferred to you upon completion of the logo project. This happens automatically, but LogoAnts will send you a copyright transfer certificate on request to confirm your status as exclusive copyright holder to the logo.

The only right that LogoAnts will retain is the right to display your logo in our portfolio - either on the LogoAnts.com domain, one of our other domains or any promotional material.

WARNING

There are many logo designers out there on the Net. Unfortunately not all of them are interested in building a long-term logo design business. When you shop around for a logo design company, make very sure that you know what your money buys. Even logo designers who do not resell logos may retain copyright and may place restrictions on your use of the logo that you paid for. Yes, that's dishonest. We agree. Shop with care - or avoid the hassle and shop @ LogoAnts ;-)

Note to resellers

If you resell our work, you may not want those logos appearing in our portfolio. That's fine with us, but please drop us a line so we can add you to our resellers list and mark your logos as unavailable for our portfolio.
