ABOUT THIS LOGO

Mountain logos are popular for a variety of reasons, but most often they are used to tie a logo (and its company) to a specific geographic region. In such cases the idea is of course that the mountain logo resembles the shape of a well known mountain or peak.

In this mountain logo we simplified the shape quite a bit, creating a more generic mountain. Note the techniques used to integrate the name and background in into the logo. The snow cap of the mountain is not filled in, using the white from the background and the "N" in the name was placed so that the cross line in the N completes the downslope of the mountain.
